My goal is to stop putting so much effort in during the week, only to go out way too much and way too hard on the weekends
Goal (Long):
I want to really stick with a long term workout plan, post a new pic each week, and see the results. Stay away from the crappy food on the weekends, maybe even the booze....Start benching more than my own weight, and really become the athlete I wanted to be in college but partied too much to accomplish that goal.

I want to LOSE 15 lb
