Hey bro been looking at the Meal's eating now thread and seen some of your meals, good stuff your eating a lot but if you wanna get bigger you gotta cut some of the cardio, it's hard to bulk up with 10 mile+ runs. I love my cardio too, running and biking but sense i cut it down i have seen gains without fat gains.
