"Continued improvement"
|
| I lift three on one off, unless my body feels overtaxed and needs an extra day now and then. I split back/shoulder, legs/biceps, and chest/triceps. I usually do 3-4 exercises per body part for 3-4 sets. Very recently I have done a few more exercises/sets with superpump 250. Seems to keep energy level up for longer duration than no xplode. I lift with fairly strict form and really enjoy principles from skip lacour. I also like the idea of periodic training using a little lighter weights. Doesnt make things easier, but is easier on the joints by not going heavy constantly. I'll list out specifics in the workout tracker as frequently as time allows. For cardio I have stationary bike and loads of equipment at the gym. Prefer to ride bike in early morning in spring and summer or fun. Lifting is usally at night, except weekends when I will lift early. My weight and strength are up over the past year, and Im looking forward to trying to maintain as much strength as I can and increase cardio, drop bodyfat. |
