Workout Program:
I lift three on one off, unless my body feels overtaxed and needs an extra day now and then. I split back/shoulder, legs/biceps, and chest/triceps. I usually do 3-4 exercises per body part for 3-4 sets. Very recently I have done a few more exercises/sets with superpump 250. Seems to keep...
