since i havent done the micro plates, i wouldnt be able to tell if there were a big difference but bill mentions that if you have to round up, it wont matter that much. Just make sure you dont try to progress too fast

Mostly strength gains since im only focusing on that. Not much size gain because im staying at the same weight(PL meet)but after the meet(may) i'll primarily focus on lean size and just increasing everything proportionally. The good thing that happened is that my arms are now equal instead of being .5" off. Can't wait to eat like a maniac once i get back into bodybuilding

ha thanks bro, this is my 2nd week back in lifting(had to take 10days off because of the flu) and im just focusing on strength until my powerlifting competition. Btw can you gain size while staying at the same weight? my first priority will be gaining lean size once im done in 8weeks

thanks, i feel like progress could have been better. wasted half a year and only trained correctly for size for 2months. Went into strength training after that and will get back into size in may

well from what i remenbered your arms looked alot bigger than that. shoulders look good but alot better than traps. did your lifting stats go up since? im reaching the end of my bill starrs program and hopefully ill reach the 275lbs bench by the end
