thanks dude, not sure of the measurements, just try to go by the mirror. Not really sure about lifts either as I dont max. I try to really focus on the mind/muscle connection. Just keep at it and you will hit that goal. For me at least to get to 200, i had to eat so much damn food it was crazy.

I started big but not defined or anything. I naturally keep size on. So most of my work has been on leaning up and trading muscle for fat. You have done good work for 6 months.

Thanks man. Good work on your side as well. And I don't know what they measure. I have not check in a long while. Last time I did, they were over 17 inches.

just started a 2 week cut today (monday). my partner is making me cuz im fat :/ (well, as a bodybuilder im fat). omfg today was brutal. 20 min HIIT cardio after a painful leg workout. 20 rep extensions, 12-15 rep leg press, and then squats (pretty light, but last set was 20 reps :/). i took progress pics today, ill upload them all in 2 weeks so i can compare

lol to be honest with you i wouldnt even know. I never measure my arms. I never do measurements nor believe in them. Its just a physicological warefare where they could mess with my mind and i become more obsessed with what i can become rather than what i do have already. Same goes with my weight.

yea, so thats 2 stim pills together lol. idk how much i paid, just look on the site. i took both paks at once, but if u wanna be precise and whatnot, take the pump 15 min before u take m-stak, but leave the stim for when u take m-stak 15 min later.
