I take muscle milk.. You think 2 servings of that with 2 servings of milk everyday will be good for me.. (Btw 1 serving of milk and muscle milk in 1 shake) like 1 after workout and 1 in morning? or 1 after workout and 1 before bed??
like how much would you round it in the bench press stuff, like 205lb instead of 203lbs.

pretty well man, it was a little slow, I need to add more weight and stuff. I definitely saw progress! I'm on a cut right now, and I'm focusing on lagging body parts (legs, traps etc) and doing a lot of bodyweight work like pullups pushups and that.
