You have some pretty sexay gains there dude.. funny pics lol. The topic you just posted about your 3 day split .. I might try it! What supplements do you take? If any? I take muscle milk.. You think 2 servings of that with 2 servings of milk everyday will be good for me.. (Btw 1 serving of milk and muscle milk in 1 shake) like 1 after workout and 1 in morning? or 1 after workout and 1 before bed??

like how much would you round it in the bench press stuff, like 205lb instead of 203lbs. it says in the program that the incremental increases are essential to the program. did you feel it made a big difference.

pretty well man, it was a little slow, I need to add more weight and stuff. I definitely saw progress! I'm on a cut right now, and I'm focusing on lagging body parts (legs, traps etc) and doing a lot of bodyweight work like pullups pushups and that. still gainin' I hope?!
