How I Started:
At 18 I was 6'1'", 135lbs, and not cut. At 21 I was tired of it and wanted to make some changes.
Why I Love It:
The pump, the pain, the experience.
How I Stay Motivated:
Not a problem to love something so fulfilling.
BB Accomplishments:
Just keeping at it through injury and setbacks, not quitting despite the difficulty of doing it without being a supplement addict.

How many days per week do you lift weights?
Where do you get your workout programs?
My head. I tried different programs at first, and eventually tailored a basic outline for myself. It isn't set in stone, but I still practice basic bodybuilding tenants.

Great workouts, but I am only going half the week until my weight is back over 195 for a couple days.
One day on, one day off until my weight starts to rise again. Hopefully my forearm doesn't start to get bad again.
