Just wanted to try weightlifting, and I fell in love with bodybuilding.
Why I Love It:
Bodybuilding is to me the most technical and demanding sport ever. And it makes me feel good and strong, both in my mind and my body.
How I Stay Motivated:
My motivation comes by itself, sometimes I'm tired of course, but my motivation is still the same.

I have had a weird feeling for 4 weeks now. I've started a 12-week program which would make me gain 20 lbs of muscles... but 4 weeks later, i've gained only 4 lbs! I think the magazine in which I found it ripped me off.

However, my strength has increased incredibly (+45 lbs for my bench), and...

Thank you for your reply and your kind words. I couldn't agree more. The endorphine release from lifting gives me a certain amount of time away from pain that I could not get doing anything else.
