I have had a weird feeling for 4 weeks now. I've started a 12-week program which would make me gain 20 lbs of muscles... but 4 weeks later, i've gained only 4 lbs! I think the magazine in which I found it ripped me off.

Thank you for your reply and your kind words. I couldn't agree more. The endorphine release from lifting gives me a certain amount of time away from pain that I could not get doing anything else.
You have worked hard and developed a lot in a relatively short time and I congratulate you. Keep pushing yourself and I look forward to seeing your progress.
