Why I Love It:
When I'm in the gym, I'm in a different world. All problems and stress are left outside. The gym is heaven on earth to me.

Yea, it always gets easier each time. You learn so much about your body and how it reacts to diet and training during contest prep. Im aiming for junior nationals next... I think a year is enoug htime to make the changes that have to be made

Dude, you must be pretty embarrassed that your left arm is only 19.5" huge... I’m kidding of course! Seriously, though, I have the same issue. Totally pumped, my left arm is 18.5" but my right arm just barely goes over 18". I would love to hear how you plan to even things out. I gotta tell ya though, you're the only one who is ever know the difference... both right and left are friggin’ awesome! Take care.
