I have a chin-up bar that hangs in my doorway and I do flexed arm hang, chin-ups every time I go in and out of my room. I'm in Phys. Ed this semester at school and we do quite a bit of running and fitness testing. Other than that, I do about 50 push-ups and 50 crunches a day. I play soccer 3 days...
just add some size man, ur defined and ripped. you will look more powerful with size though. I started working out off and on when i was 13 so 3 years ago almost 4. In the past little while i've really got back into it. the biggest thing is have confidence and give it ur all, dont let anyone ever stop you from achieving your goals.
Hey dude! You look way better with shorter buzzed hair! Ever tried bleaching it white blond! I think that would look way cool! It would make your physique look awesome!

hey dude, you are off to a good start. keep going like this and you'll be huge by high school, which is when it really counts. Wall sits will help your endurance in skiing. One legged squats will your balance and strength. Just be patient till you get older, with more testosterone your muscles will grow easier.
Hi, Keith. Seems that you've been adding some pounds earlier this year. Keep like that! Remember that to grow, good eating is more important than training. Make sure you eat at least 6 times a day (about every three hours). Good luck!
hey man, yh i agree with the others . You need to be eating much more calories. Try a mass shake high in calories and protein and lift heavy. As young as 14 not intense lifting just a managable weight .
soccer will burn alot of calories so if you play a lot eat more. Nuts are great, protein shake/mass shake dont be sick but try to eat as much as possible !

ill tell you wat u need to do dnt start doing weights alot yet you need to put on more weight b4 that believe me i used to be about your size but ive managed to put on a little bit of weight sso i aint so bad but u shud just do exercise like things that dont involve weights like pressups and sit ups thats all i can say plus putting on the weight is wat matter now
