When I Started: Apr, 2005
How I Started: I have always loved to work out and lift things ( I could pick up my mother like a baby when I was 8-9). I have always had a fascination with building a muscular physique. Just finding things like my mother’s dumbbells excited me and I always wanted to work out with them. I started to do ab exercises about three years ago when I found out that I would have to take my shirt off on a certain occasion. After that I just would not stop, I did crunches, leg raises, push-ups, pull-ups and anything else I could do without a gym membership ( I was not old enough to join one).I really enjoy working out.
Why I Love It: I love to see results for hard work and I absolutly love the "burn" and the pumped feeling after lifting.
How I Stay Motivated: I want to feel good, be strong, and look good. I also just like lifting.
BB Accomplishments: Climb 30ft. rope up and down with 90 degree leg raise, Handstand pushup, regular sets of tricep dips w/ 55 on the weight belt.

This is when I was first starting out and had just got a camera.  This is more recent. My new camera does not work very well so it is hard to see the definition I have gained. There is definitly more muslce mass though.

Thank you bro. I am tryin to bust it out and using a few ab routines including yours. Still have some ways to go. Got some stubborn fat. I like that reverse gaynor in the vids. You got the gymnastics down packed. I would never do floor moves anymore but I would give it a shot on the diving board. You still rock bro with those killer rock hard abs. I will get there soon. I will post more soon. Thanx again for the complement.

Odd thing was I didn't hit my knee at all. I landed hard coming off the wall on my left foot, but it felt like a shock wave went up my leg. Knee swelled up that night. My foot and ankle were fine. Kinda freaky.

hey, great to hear back from you as well. Training is going very well and progressing better then I had hoped. The new pic really highlights the size you put on with your chest and arms while staying cut with the abs. Calves look big too! Keep it up!

Thanks bro. It will never be ok, but we will help him to cope. He was a great basketball player. He lost the shooting arm. Thanks bro for the expressions.

A friend of mine lost his arm on Saturday night in a car accident. It just a temp thing all of us guys are doing. He was a basketball player and we just played Saturday. That was his tournament number. That was rough. He is only 22. Thanks for asking.

Hey bro, if its only genetics then you got some great genes too. Its really about dedication and consistancy. Th body responds to how you treat and take care of it. Genetics only play a small part. Eveything else is what you do and how you do it. I am truly proud of you bro. Genetics or not you are amazing.(If that the case, you must be a brutha...lol)
