When I Started:
Apr, 2005
How I Started:
I have always loved to work out and lift things ( I could pick up my mother like a baby when I was 8-9). I have always had a fascination with building a muscular physique. Just finding things like my mother’s dumbbells excited me and I always wanted to work out with them. I started to do ab exercises about three years ago when I found out that I would have to take my shirt off on a certain occasion. After that I just would not stop, I did crunches, leg raises, push-ups, pull-ups and anything else I could do without a gym membership ( I was not old enough to join one).I really enjoy working out.
Why I Love It:
I love to see results for hard work and I absolutely love the "burn" and the pumped feeling after lifting.
How I Stay Motivated:
I want to feel good, be strong, and look good. I also enjoy lifting heavy and increasing strength.
BB Accomplishments:
Climb 30ft. rope up and down with 90 degree leg raise, Handstand push up, 3 x 4 tricep dips w/ 90 on the weight belt. 3 x 4 weighted chins w/ 70 on the weight belt
Up my workout routine and build my best abs ever. I would like to compete in the future. I am going to keep on lifting and gaining and working. I really want to work on my chest, arms, back, traps, and legs so I have increased strenght and have good symetry from every angle.
I am trying 5 of 5 on all my upper body exersizes. Chin-ups w/ 45lbs neck touch to bar. Dips w/ 55. I am feeling a difference mostly from the change and my new eating habits. I eat about every 3 hours, things like salmon, tuna sandwiches, cottage cheese, turkey, quinoa etc. I want to get huge and...
Dude you need to be careful. Im so sorry brother. I do feel your pain, as I always have shoulder issues. I hope you had a spotter or using one. Take it slow for now and dont rush it. One day at a time. The glucosomine works over a period of time unless you get shots. So do what you need to do and work slowly back in the game. I dont want you to end up like I did. Hang in there my brother.
Sorry to hear about the shoulder injury. I understand your discouragement. But, its only temporary. You have to keep a positive attitude and dont let this hold you back. In time you will be stronger and better. So just use this as a rest period. How did you injure it? I been through sme shoulder stuff, so maybe I can help. Hang in there lil bro.

You know me, I always bounce back. This week I decided to change up a bit. Total Calis week. Weighted calis, cardio and abs. Only legs will be with weights. Yesterday was intense because we added 25 lbs to all the calis routines and im fellin it today. Thats makes me feel great and the kid did really great with it. So we will see how it goes.
