ski96 awww well thank you, but "admission is the first step" hahahaa. I can't just have 1 tablespoon. I need like half the container in 1 sitting, possible with a few pretzel sticks, too. It would just make me feel gross, especially right before I'd go workout. Just needed to cut it all out, and hopefully it'll prove worthwhile! Jan 15, 2012 11:23am

Jomyra nah its a routine I picked up from this site geared towards women. A mass gaining routine so very little cardio which I love! Are you doing p90x? I find it hard to pack on too much muscle on it. I lost a ton of bf on it but my gains werent as good as I wouldve wanted on it. Dec 8, 2011 7:34am
