Started working out when I was around 18 or so (how time flies!). Saw Cory Everson in magazines, and in the TV show she used to do (Bodyshaping, I think?), and I was hooked!
Why I Love It:
Many reasons...I love knowing that I'm doing something good for myself...it's a huge stress reliever for me...I love having a strong, fit body... I love the mental challenge...I love putting hard work and sweat into something and seeing results...and of course, there's the vanity aspect - I like to look good in skimpy clothes!
How I Stay Motivated:
By visiting boards like this and seeing all the incredible physiques and transformations. It shows me that anything is possible, and there's no place to go but up.
BB Accomplishments:
I don't compete. Just love being fit.

Training has been good this week. Wish I had the discipline to write it all down as it happened, because at this point, I've already forgotten the details. Damn...I need to get better at that. All I know is my back, delts and chest are sore and I'm loving it!!! The only thing I've been...
I'm good. Just recovering from a beach weekend with my soccer buds. I have to stop hanging with them....Bad influence. I took a few weeks off to rest. I was feeling tired and my workouts were sluggish. I'm back at it today. Keep working on that bubble butt.
You're telling me! I went to Compo beach the other day and they asked me to leave cause the reflection of my skin was blinding people on Long Island ;)
Your back shot is AWESOME, to bad its not a bigger pic. You look good all around though. Amazing physique! Keep up the hard work and good luck with getting that bubble booty! lol
Freeky freek!Could you do me a favor?
