How I Started:
I have always enjoyed running, but I didnt have a body transformation untill I got serious about my apperance in 2004. I went from 22% BF @ 215 lbs to 8.5% BF @ 163 lbs just from diet and exercise (lots of running)in 6 months
Why I Love It:
I just feel alive when Im active and eating right... I like the way it makes my body look and the way my wife looks at me...
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated my changing up my work out and not sticking to just one routine. I check the web for workouts and try'em, then when I master them I find something else
BB Accomplishments:
I have put on 17 lbs of muscle in the last year and I like the way my arms, chest, shoulders and legs look but I want some hard peeled abs

Just a pic from a few months ago
Just getting started on this site so im hoping this will be that edge I need to carve my abs out
So this is my plea for advice, sugestions, ...help. Whatever you want to call it. I have set a goal to see my abs thats my main focus. I've built arms, chest, legs, seen serations come and go. But my abs have never poped through.... I know its 90% diet and the rest is just hard work...
cool. nice to see your still going strong and look forward to them pic updates, im starting to see a slight Difference which is boosting my confidence to keep moving i think ill give it another month before i update my profile but atm im making nice gains to my chest shoulders and tri's
Well, you know what they say...what works for one doesn't always work for another. But, that being said, I have my online trainer/nutritionist from here on BB.com to thank (Phil Valenti). Second, I do a lot of cardio (35 mins 7x/wk), take a fat burner and follow the nutrition plan that he has designed for me (I eat only lean protein, no fat, no sugars).
