Jello on a stick! 3 and 6 month back
Went from 125 to 102 due to food intolerances. Got back to 110 in this pict. No muscle left. Nothing but lots of jiggly stuff.  Comparison of 3 and 6 months progress

I've been working with a personal trainer since November. I've seen lots of muscle growth that I would not have achieved on my own. I just need more!!!!!

Workout Program:
Started working with a personal trainer in November. Best decision I could have made. We work out 3x a week. It could be push/pull/legs, or upper/legs/upper followed by legs/upper/legs. He mixes things up pretty good to keep my body guessing.

Just wanted to stop by and say hello! How have you been? BTW, I'm not tired anymore; I took your advice and changed up my diet by adding more good carbs, especially before lifting. My strength has increased two fold. I lifted so heavy this week, it was amazing. Just wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart - you sure know your stuff!! Have a great weekend :)
