End of 2010/2011 Bulk
Posted in Training : Mar 27, 2011 5:03pmJust finished the winter bulk. I managed to gain 13 pounds of which I think 5 are fat. I'm going to dump that fluff then spend the summer doing shorter bulking/leaning cycles.
I'm very happy with the results. Of course more would have been good too :) Legs are finally starting to respond.
Still have a long way to go!
