My Workout Program

Started working with a personal trainer in November. Best decision I could have made. We work out 3x a week. It could be push/pull/legs, or upper/legs/upper followed by legs/upper/legs. He mixes things up pretty good to keep my body guessing.

Workouts include:

Leg extensions
narrow stance squats
wide stance squats
leg press (either for quads or hams)
ham curls
toe raises (weighted and leg press)
heel raises (weighted and leg press)
hip abductor
butt blasters
dumbbell raises (prone, dumbbell between feet)
deadlifts
shoulder press
shoulder raises
bicep curls
concentration curls
bar curls
shrugs
db chest press
db flyes
incline db chest press
incline db flyes
tricep pull down
kickbacks
lat pull down

and others...

End of 2010/2011 Bulk

Just finished the winter bulk. I managed to gain 13 pounds of which I think 5 are fat. I'm going to dump that fluff then spend the summer doing shorter bulking/leaning cycles. 


I'm very happy with the results. Of course more would have been good too :) Legs are finally starting to respond.


Still have a long way to go!

Haven't updated in a long time. New trainer, new routine. Cals upped more than ever starting in Sept. Will hopefully have a much better bulking season (last one derailed by injuries). Mostly a 10, 8, 6, 4 pyramid for upper body Mon - chest/bi's Machine press Incline DB Decline DB Cable flyes Pull overs Incline DB curls Cable curls Machine preacher curls Reverse curls Concentration curls Tues - Lower body strength 5x5 Smith squats RDL's Leg Press Calves (6-8 rep range) Wed - Back/tri Body weight pullups (50 wide/20 neutral) Wide grip pull downs Seated one-arm machine rows Incline rows - alterna...
