workouts are fine, diet not so good. i do need to bear down and get it in control. about 205 wich im cool with, would like to see what i would look like at 190. how about you, i have been reading your blogs. i see the men still cant leave you alone lol thanks for stopping by, please keep in touch

congrats, when and you will get your first repair and there is no landlord to call. (thats when it smacks you) my dog chewed thru my ac unit 200 bucks later, man i was pissed :)

the best overall exercise you can do, its the 2nd day after deads for me when i can barely tie my shoes. in fact i do deads this morning

i usually just have some type of fruit, every once in a while i eat bad (donuts, my problem is if i dont eat real heavy i cant sleep longer than 4 hrs straight. i will wake up starving, so i eat a huge breakfast, then sleep, then a snack, work out, and a big dinner

nope my diet is awful, working midnites. hope to be off of them in the next couple of months. if and when that happens, im going on the warrior diet. will lose 10 lbs int the summer regardless
