Sounds like you are going to make some good gains doing that? I am going to change the exercises i am doing and swap a few around, change my routines? Going to add more cardio too, not happy with fat loss so going to change that.

Chears mate, going to have next week off aswell and hopefully come back 100%. Are you changing anything since youve made the results, eg goals or how you train or are you sticking with the things you been doing? I am looking to change a few things when i get back into the gym.

Hi Joni, been abit under the weather lately and my training has suffered, been struggling with my lower back and movement very limited so had a week and a bit off trying to rest it! How has things been with you bud, hows training going?

Hi Joni, thats great that your uping the weight. Same old thing for me mate, the training side is going well but my diet side is crap, had a few days off work to spend time with my kids and its been KFC & pizza!

Sounds like you had a great time on your break? You are definately right about blending the training and workouts together with the diet! I got cought up with the wanting size and have been eating all wrong,yeah i gained size but not how i wanted. Have changed my diet totally and am looking to find definition. Keep working hard bro and it will happen.

Things are good,training is going well and my strength is on the up. Diet is still a problem but am getting there. How are things going for yourself?

Na i have cast iron weights,3 * 5kg on each side then the lock and thats the limit! Bet you chuffed at getting to the point of seeing your abs?
