Overall Goal: The purpose of my training regimen is to burn fat and build muscle using a multiplicity of approaches. My newest cycle began on 11/23/09, and my goal is to train for sixteen weeks to completion on the Vernal Equinox (04/21/2010).
Fit Status:
Chest and Leg day, with Hatha Yoga, light ab work & cardio.
Desperation. During my recovery from a stroke I suffered years ago, I tried many diets. The diets used by bodybuilders were, by far, the most effective.
Why I Love It:
Bodybuilding teaches me to take control of my body. Its as if I'm a mechanic and my body is the vehicle.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have a clear vision of my future, realistic goals, and a suitable timeline.
BB Accomplishments:
Overcoming a stroke and high blood pressure are accomplishments enough, for now.

Goal (Long):
Utilizing a balanced diet with good nutrition and intense, eclectic, training routines. These routines include Hatha Yoga, Tai Chi, interpretive dance, conventional bodybuilding and calisthenics. I intend to burn fat until I finally uncover my abdominal muscles and reconfigure my bodyshape.
He is what I aspire to be, a natural bodybuilder. I look at his example and gain insight into what it takes to be a successful, natural bodybuilder. I'll take that knowledge and translate it into action whenever possible.
