How I Started:
well i've been working out for about the last 5 years, but i never got serious about body building until i came to Iraq.
Why I Love It:
because it puts me in a better attitude,and i love how it makes me more fit and healthy

with the help of my army buddys pushing me to my limits

Goal (Long):
All my life i've wanted a body that i could just look in the mirror after a shower and say to myself WOW i made that happen with alot of hard work, i've always wanted this body and now i have it. i tired of settleing for being the skinny fred i was in high school, i've always dreamed of having a six pack and i feel confident around my wife, I want my arms to bulge from the sleeves of my t-shirt. I would like to be at a weight of 220 pounds, with 7% bodyfat, and be able to complete the ARMY's APFT with flying colors. I know with full dedication i can do this within the next 9 months i have left in Iraq.
