How I Started: well i've been working out for about the last 5 years, but i never got serious about body building until i came to Iraq.
Why I Love It: because it puts me in a better attitude,and i love how it makes me more fit and healthy
How I Stay Motivated: with the help of my army buddys pushing me to my limits
BB Accomplishments: well i weight about 185 pounds, so i hope to gain about 30 more pounds of muscle and get cut

Goals:
Main Goal: Gain Muscle
Goal (Short): I want to gain 30 pounds of muscle by March 09', so i can take my shirt off at the local pool and wear tight shirts that expose my muscles in public. My fitness goal is to lose some body fat in the abs and keep my muscle growing for the years to come
Goal (Long): All my life i've wanted a body that i could just look in the mirror after a shower and say to myself WOW i made that happen with alot of hard work, i've always wanted this body and now i have it. i tired of settleing for being the skinny fred i was in high school, i've always dreamed of having a six pack and i feel confident around my wife, I want my arms to bulge from the sleeves of my t-shirt. I would like to be at a weight of 220 pounds, with 7% bodyfat, and be able to complete the ARMY's APFT with flying colors. I know with full dedication i can do this within the next 9 months i have left in Iraq.
Weight Goal: I want to GAIN 30 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 7%
