i put my first step in gym at age os 16 , august 2006 , i was 39 kg i trained till july 2007 and i got 59 kg and , i stopepd a year and back at september 2008 till the end of april 2009 , my last weight was 72 kg with 3 % bodyfat
then break again in may june and some days in july , then started again and break again in ,september :)
Why I Love It:
love to see results
i love to feel that sensation when i m pumped
i love to see my veins like an animal in mirror :)
i have two weeks plan for my workouts
also , i change it when i feel tired from this programme
for me :
for example i specify a programme week A with some exercises lets say for chest for example
i perform exercises but i cant work all exercises for chest
so i take basic ones i choose 4 /...

Sounds like you have your plan! I'm good...training is awesome...I've managed to surround myself with some really great support...between my trainer & my diet coach, I'm ready for '10!!
