How I Started:
Bereavement. I needed something to keep me going, so I started cycling, lifting weight's & reading about weightlifting. I found BB.com on the web and after reading other people's profiles I decided to get a Personal Training qualification, which I have just completed.
Why I Love It:
It's been my life saver! I love it!!
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing my body change and how much weight I can lift. Inspiration from all the other people on bb.com, especially from those that have overcome difficulties in their lives.

Lately I have felt like I have not made any progress, so I tightened my diet and looked through all my photo's to try and sort them out ( with a digital camera I tend to take too many photograph's, so I have got hundreds). It took me quite a few hours to sort through them (I'm still not...
Started a new 12 week programme this week. I am trying to lose fat, build muscle and increase my strength in my upper body.
Monday Gym (Gym was packed today so had to grab what a could!)

AWE YES! Nice progress in fact. Nice garage too...i think i should come train with you. also i'm sorry for any loss you had. I take A loss to the gym with me everyday. Training really helps me, but is so bitter sweet. I hope you exceed every goal you set for yourself! StAy InTeNsE!
Good to hear you're still going strong, look forward to the updates.I'm still pushing hard for an old man lol. Squatted 405 for 2 sets of 2 this morning, my best in quite some time. Still have to cut the crap out of my diet though.
