10-12, I feel my muscles responding and getting pumped at this range

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
1 minute at most. I don't see the need for 3-4 minute or longer. I see this all the time. People seem to put too much interest on the weight they lift and they are only cheating themselves by this.

What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
I hurt my shoulder in early March 2009. Doing incline bench presses. Something popped, It ended up being bad tendonitis. I did sessions of accupuncture with deep tissue therapy. I use fish oil and stay away from anything that feels a little uncomfortable with the shoulder and finally, I combine shoulders and chest on one day so the shoulder gets a full 7 days in between to recover.
