Just subscribe to a local gym.
Why I Love It:
Love it because you keep getting stronger and thats the main goal every body should have... Workout for fun. It make you forget every little problem!
How I Stay Motivated:
I just love keeping me in shape, my body is my life... everyone should have a healthy heart and body. (we need to take care of it)
BB Accomplishments:
Just the progress that ive made... for exemple I started at 12yo and when I started at the peckdeck machine I was doing about 30 Pounds... now, im 17 and im doing 240 POunds... Its nice when you realise your major progress.
I started gaining mass about 3 month ago, I was 6'3 159 pounds... wasen't what I wanted so 3 month later im now 6'3 173 pounds... I was 180 maybe 2 week ago but I got sick... (yeah, sucks) and im trying to reach 190-200 pounds before summer, then im going to cut more...

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
between 6 and 10 when im on hypertrophie and 1-6 when im on strengh... it's just the basic training form...
