workout one is back and by
bent-over barbell row 4 sets first set is a 12 warmup then the rest is a 6,6,6 the last one i drop by 30% and do 8 for the last one hen it go to.
pulldown to front 4 sets one of 12 warm up then 8,8,8/8 last one is dorp by 30%...
