How I Started:
I have been lifting weights since high school, i was always overweight with my top weight reaching 367 pounds. I decided that this is my life and i need to take control of it. On August 24, 2008 i started eating healthy for the first time, i cut out all sods and sweets and bad junk food. This is my new lifestyle, the old eating habits and not exercising days are gone.

After every workout you feel that much closer to your goal :)
How I Stay Motivated:
This is my lifestyle now, iM NOT going back to my old habits, no way. I also love to look at transformations on this site and read how other people change there life.

I reached my goal to weigh 285 by the new year. My next goal is to weigh 255 pounds by March 27, 2009, thats 13 weeks to lose 28.6 pounds. This is a huge goal for me, it will be 100 pounds lost, then 45 more to go to reach my ultimate goal :)

Just seen you are under 300 brilliant stuff and Thanks for the comments man.Hopefully I can get to around 200-205 or so and get the waist to about 36" really lean does not bother me,after that I'll try to get huge.As for the diet I dont eat "clean" all the time,but at the minute I seem to be living on oats,whey and chicken of some sort.
congrats on the great progress you have made so far. keep with it. and the great thing is, when you start to notice the changes, and people start to compliment the changes it just pumps you up more and more to push harder!
