THANKS! I will try to do more cardio, at 168lbs I feel good at this weight but want to break my plateu of 170 to 180, but lean, and I am having major issues with my mid section, I dont know if I am consuming to many calories (lean) or not burning enough, I will keep track and keep on updated, thanks pal!
