Why I Love It:
Love it? Working out? it is a pain in the ass! but I love being healthy! You must understand that because of my Latino heritage there is Diabetes in my family big time, I refuse to go down with out a fight.

I recently was able to bench 140lbs for the first time ever!

Goal (Long):
for the past 4-5 years I have been lifting on/off, never really paying attention to diet or cardio. I guess I was just focusing on proving to myself that I could lift heavy. I never made a goal, just lifted aimlessly.
Last March of 09, started to think and focus my effort; diet, goals, etc.
To my surprise I saw a few interesting results right away, one of them being endurance.
My goals:
1. Get lean. I have lots of fat on my midsection (see pics) well it used to be worse, but now since March I can see the difference.
2. Pack on lean mass (this is where I need help, and your advice would be most welcome)
no problem man, its always nice to help out others!
and yes definitely keep track of your calorie intake... remember calories are what depend on your size... more calories burned that ingested = less fat! :)
Hey Thanks a lot man! Um, I lost 15 lbs with a combo of cardio about 4 times a week, and rly strict diet.
For example I'll eat 6 egg whites at 630 am and wait until I get hungry before I eat my next small meal! I drink lots of green tea which I find rly helps! Try to wait until you get hungry before eating, but don't eat until you get full! But keep lots of protein in the diet or else with starvation, youll lose muscle!
