Background
My dad used to workout, and i couldn't see myself getting bigger in fat, only in muslce gains. lol
i love it because it feels good and i know that i'll be more healthy and live a longer life.

Posted in Training : Jul 21, 2011 9:59amToday was week 7, back training, feeling strong. increased strength, high reps, heavy weight. feeling strong, feeling good, feeling determined. Back workout included:
1. wide grip pulldowns. 4x10.
2.bent over bar rows. heavy 4x8
3. wide grip reverse grip 4x8
4. cable rows, single arm- 4x8
5. dumbbell rows 3x10.
6. stiff leg deadlift. 2x10
30 min cardio session. :D
