How I Started:
I was a football player and a wrestler in high school and middle school so i had been lifting for those sports for some time. I was always bigger and stronger than most kids, I just had a problem with cutting body fat. When some friendly competitive bodybuilders gave me some advice about dieting I listened closely and was hooked immediately on obtaining more and more results. I wanted to keep going and keep improving my physique and only started competing when a friend of mine invited me to do a show with him and I agreed.
Why I Love It:
I am addicted to improving my physique. At times I am satisfied with myself only until I realize once again that I haven't improved enough just yet and I doubt I will ever really be completely satisfied with myself
How I Stay Motivated:
I constantly think about competing and stepping on stage looking my best.
BB Accomplishments:
2nd place in teen division and 4th place in the 101 division of the Tri-State Natural Bodybuilding competition
3rd place teen division in the INBF Natural Hercules

Goal (Long):
My overall conditioning was definitely my weak point in my last show because i peaked wrong and actually looked better 2 weeks before and after my show...another weakness was lack of definition in my quads and hamstrings that stuck out a lot against my competition. Definitely going to make improvements in those areas but putting off my next show until late November or later.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 15 lb

What supplements do you take immediately before your workout? Why?
Any kind of NO2 but pre-contest I like to just use pure L-Arginine

Creatine mono hydrate with some grape juice and my protein shake to get my protein and creatine in post workout along with an insulin spike from the juice

Hey man whats ur stats? wrestling still helps my total body conditioing to maintain elite staus and im in my late 20s. Have matches whenever i can find decent competition for a workout.
