How I Started:
I tried working out in Middle School and High School but I was always the skinny kid. I got married young and never did anything about being skinny. Now I'm in my early thirties and my body has started to put on fat and I'm filling out, but not the way I would like. So it's time to cut the fat and get to work.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel great about myself. I love being able to look at myself and see what I want to change and be able to do that with hard work.
How I Stay Motivated:
I constantly look at pictures on BS and I look at myself in the mirror and remind myself what I want to look like.

I want to decrease my body fat so that I can see my abs. I would like to put on a ton of muscle mass. I was skinny all through HS and as I've gotten older I started to fill out but didn't work to make any of this muscle. Now it's time. I feel I have a body that will respond to working out much better than in the past.

How has bodybuilding and fitness helped and/or changed your family life?
It makes me more positive and a bit less grumpy. That helps in all aspects of my life.

It's helped to keep me from being so tired which helps me be less grumpy. In the end this allows me to focus more on the kids and they get a much better responce from me than before.

Finally over the flu.  Took forever.  Now it's time to hit the gym hard and get myself back to where I was as fast as I can so I can move forward.
