How I Started:
I got tired of waking up with a sore back or walking down the street with back pain.
Why I Love It:
I seem to get a rush that make me feel better both mentally and physically. I also seem to be more confident.
How I Stay Motivated:
My clothes keep getting looser and looser and looser.
I also have hit most of my short term goals and hope to do this long enough to hit my long term ones.

Goal (Long):
I want to lose the spare tire around my midsection.
I want to live a healthy and long life and be there for my family.
I am tired of looking like I do and living like I do.
I want to be more energetic in my 40's than I was in my 30's.
This one guy that added me and then proceeded to ask me 20 ques. in a row, I was lik in an OCD Ques Loop - OMG then the lil jerk did not even say "Thank you." I cked his comments and he apparently does this to EVERYONE he adds. He was my breaking pt., I can't handle it, I actually do have to earn $$$
or maybe bb.com can send me a paycheck wouldn't that be nice?! I have spent wayyyyy to much time on here but keeping up my workout tracker thanks to you!! Have a Great Day!!
I did the diet for 2 weeks and it dropped me down to 12% before my one week honeymoon in Cancun, I've started it back up again this week... That diet is no joke and really works, glad to see others being shown the light as well!

ty, I spent alot of time yesterday writing up a new wk/out for me and my husb., i put all new measurements in and prog. my 1st wk/out yest. I looked at your to see how you organized it and it really looks like it's working for you, I hope the same, it will be cool to track the prog.! Have a Nice Sunday, hope u r not working today!!
Great progress man, weight and bf% moving in the right direction! Don't worry about the slight increase in bf%, there are always hiccups on the way to success!
I need straight short-cuts, where the best place? Can u track prog. in the message board like you can sorta in the workout tracker or is this for other people to just "see" what you are doing?

Ques: one where hav you been?? 2nd Ques: Before I kill myself on the workout tracker (tryin to use it), does it NOT allow for 2 wrk/outs/day? I do a split routine. Let me know, I can't seem to find a way to record two at two sep. times. Are u on an airplane somewhere??......:)
I can't believe this but they pulled my 2 photo's. I am so incredibly upset and angry about this I can't even begin to tell you. I was really looking forward to being on here but by them doing this I feel completely VIOLATED. It was such a pleasure to have gotten to know you. I am leaving this site because of this.
