When I Started:	Sep, 2007
How I Started:	I'was very thin... and i dont frighten anyone ;). So i decided to go at gym. At that time, 8 years ago, i was weighing about 67Kg now i'm over 80Kg... and often i impress the others (my english isn't very correct sorry)
Why I Love It:	'cause it make me feel strong and girls like that ;)
How I Stay Motivated:	1. I dont want to lose all that i have gained by work... 2. girls love it 3. i feel good, very good 4. At gym i can meet many friends; i think relathionships are the most important thing among all 5. I want to dominate world

my workout is mainly a mix between force work and ipetrophy work.

force work consist of to load weight enough to play
4-5 rep max per serie and pause=3-8min for series
and main goal is increment oneself maximal...

ipetrophy work instead consist of to load weight enough to play 8-10 rep...
