I have always been athletic but never serious about it, untill I was watchin a re-run of the Arnold Classic. The next day I said "self its time to get back into shape"

cause of the way my wife looks at me when I am getting dressed or in or out of the shower.

a green drink... 8 ozs of distilled water, 1 banana, hand full of spinach, handful of pinneapple chunks, and 3 ice cubes. then blend, cant even taste the spinach
