How I Started: I have always been athletic but never serious about it, untill I was watchin a re-run of the Arnold Classic. The next day I said "self its time to get back into shape"
Why I Love It: cause of the way my wife looks at me when I am getting dressed or in or out of the shower.
How I Stay Motivated: my wife, also the transformation I have seen my body go thru over time and looking back at how I dont want to be anymore help me to hit it hard everyday

a green drink... 8 ozs of distilled water, 1 banana, hand full of spinach, handful of pinneapple chunks, and 3 ice cubes. then blend, cant even taste the spinach

Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
stressed my knee cap. I had to take a full year off from training my legs(major set back on goals) it was an injury that was done over time

First of all keep the good work, your transformation is looking awesome. Thanks for the advice...I figured that is what I should do but I just feel like like a bum if I don't workout on the regular. I was also wondering what you do when you do your fruit cleanse? I am always looking for different things to try to get me where I want to be physically.
