Throughout high school I weighed 115. Graduated 1999. 2001-2004 I weighed up to 189 pounds. 2005/2006 I worked on losing that weight. I lost 50+ pounds. Its 2007 now and I have managed to keep that weight off.
Why I Love It:
When I workout in the morning I feel great the rest of the day. If I don't workout, I will feel sluggish. So therefore I love to workout because I feel good the rest of the day. I know that I have accomplished something each day when I workout in the morning.
How I Stay Motivated:
I feel great after a great workout. I also just try to think about what I used to look like 4-5 years ago. I tell myself I will NEVER let myself be like that ever again.

I've lost around 20 pounds. I dropped a pant size. I'm feeling great! Exhausted, but great. My clothes I haven't been able to fit into are fitting me now. I'm getting compliments constantly.
