How I Started:
When I turned 30 I learned about Body-for-Life program. I had two children and was feeling out of shape. Reading the Body-for-Life book was the best thing to happen to me! I soon became healthier and stronger. I became a better wife and mother too. My self confidence soared, I felt incredibly empowered and passionate about learning and helping others. Before long I became a Lifestyle Fitness Coach and taught others my LivFit Lifestyle plan. I still love serving others, it’s highly rewarding to watch my clients quality of life improve each step of the way.
I then started my fitness modeling career and had a ball promoting fitness and wellness. But then I over trained and hurt my knees... I had to stop cold turkey - it was awful! I had to start over, training slowly after a year off. I soon began to see results from my hard work, but still wasn't satisfied with my physique. Then I was introduced to a remarkable new weight loss & health product called Liv Sxinney. It literally changed my life! I've struggle with chronic fatigue syndrome for the last 15 years, since drinking Liv Sxinney I have tons more energy and feel great! I began drinking it every day and saw great results in about 2 months. Then Zxoom came out with a pharmaceutical grade of l-arginine product called Go w 5g per serving, that's when my body really got cut. I lost 7% body fat and 5 lbs in a month! I love the products! I was finally able to reach my fitness goals. I'm now Zxoom's fitness spokesperson, I love promoting products that I truly believe in.
And to top it off, I’m writing a fitness book too. I love writing, finding the time isn’t always the easiest I have to admit but it’s coming along slowly. I also own and operate a custom home construction company, it’s a not exactly booming right now with the economy, but it will again before long. I love the construction field, it’s highly rewarding building our clients dream homes, I love it so much!
My greatest accomplishment of all is my family. I have a loving supportive husband, 3 adorable kids, two horses and a dog. I live for them! They inspire me and support me in my fitness world which I am deeply grateful for. And in my off time I love to go horseback riding. I show my horse’s hunter pleasure; they’re a joy in my life.
I’m passionate about fitness, motivating others and living life to the fullest! I'm dedicated to helping others achieve their fitness dreams. I dream big dreams! Because dreams really do come true! :)
Why I Love It:
I love how empowered I feel when I'm fit, thin & strong. I also love people asking me for advice - I offer all I can to assist with their goals. I've always loved fitness, there's nothing like it!
How I Stay Motivated:
By reading Bodybuilding.com artiles and fitness magazines. Setting goals and the feelings of feeling tight and strong. And doing P90X with Tony Horton - love him! I also have a blog, www.livsxinneygirl.blogspot.com that helps me stay focused on my fitness & wellness goals.

This is before I hurt my knees, I worked out two hours a day. I only workout 1 hour a day 5 days a week now and I'm more ripped than ever, thanks to Liv Sxinney & Go!

Goal (Long):
I will maintain my body fat to be around 13 to 15%. I'll eat clean all month. I'll workout hard 6 days a week! I ROCK!!! :)
