To be as strong and fit as humanly possible. To gain as much muscle on my frame with minimal body fat... Using a program from Stevep78 and so far, its real good :-)
Loose fat, increase strength and have that best body I possibly can. I'm looking to learn from the guys doing it now and those like me striving to achieve those goals.
I am going to compete in 2010 in the masters division and probally a super heavy weight and i would be honored to get some sponsorship to help me along the way with my journey!
