Goal (Short): I want to lose 15-20 lbs. tone up, and get the kind of midsection people actually WANT to see exposed.... Oh and get a firmer higher booty :)
Goal (Long): I've always been an athletic girl, I was and still am very competitive but since I'm out of school I lost a lot of the motivation needed to push myself....Until I saw pics of Alicia Marie in an Oxygen magazine....INSPIRATION!! She has a 24" waist and I have 34" on me... I want to slim down my waist dramatically, take away love handles that have invited themselves to my body, I want to tighten up (even more) my thighs among other things... I want to give everyone I used to know, something to talk about!! Don't get me wrong I have confidence and I feel that I am a beautiful lady but I do feel there's room for improvement and with that being said 12% body fat here I come!
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 25 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 12%

My obliques are slimming just like I commanded them to and I'm getting the slender looked I've wanted....I hated my wide frame...from the front anyways. I already have a large chest so I felt I needed a level of proportion involving slim obliques and they're getting there!!
