Every day, I sign on to bodyspace, update my profile, motivation and then watch Kris Gethin's video for the day which completely outlines the day's workout, nutrition and supplement information. For anyone who wants to transform their body, this program is great!

I like the no fat diets most.
I've been ollowing Kris Gethin's diet plan as it does not fail at any time during his program. When I finish the 12 weeks, I usually switch over to Neil Hill's dieting because it is balanced and provides the muscles with all the necessary nutrients.

Fat burning, Muscle building stack
I take 2 fat burners daily
I take 1 Multivitamin daily
I take 5g of glutamine before w/o
I take 5g of creatine before w/o
I take 1 scoop of pre-workout
I take 1 scoop protein isolate after w/o
I take 5g of glutamine and creatine after w/o
DRINK LOTS OF WATER

I control my environment.
For motivation, I surround mself with motivation. I follow quotation accounts on Twitter, add people that are similar to me on Bodyspace and have the same goals. This creates a support system for me and the ones around and that way I never get sidetracked. These people also wont tell me to just skip a workout as they understand what the gym is all about. Motivation comes from the future. You always have to know what your motivated for like a new body or a higher weight. I truly want to inspire others to do great!
