My father was a power lifter and my brother became a personal trainer. I grew up around it & I finally became committed and consistant in October 2006. I feel it has always been a part of me and realized I needed to do the work to get results.
Why I Love It:
I feel strong, empowered and intouch with feelings I can only get when working out.
