I got a membership during the summer, broke my arm about 2 weeks later. Started training more seriously about October, and I have been taking No-xplode for about 2 months.
Why I Love It:
Gives me more energy and strength for sports.
How I Stay Motivated:
I always listen to music, and Houston motivates me quite a bit being a city with so many obese people. Looking at before and after pictures of myself so far.
BB Accomplishments:
Went from having no sort of chest to having a more defined chest.
I want to gain about 12-22 more pounds from 138. Any more than that would be awesome. But any less would be disappointing.
Goal (Long):
I want to have a 6/8 pack, much bigger arms, and more defined chest. I also want to strengthen my lower back since I have had back problems for some time now.
No problem mon, sorry if my comment seemed a little harsh, ive got the same problem. Need more work on pecs and abs...they're the hardest.

Quite the transformation from Jan to now. Like a completely new person physically. Muscled with solid definition. Big physique on the way. Best of luck with goals. Andre
