I got started at home by doing push ups, pull up and some heavy stuff.Sometimes, I meet my friends and do power exercises like pushing and throwing rocks.
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding because it teaches me many things: self control - patience and discipline.Its really change my life.

When I see myself compared with others, I feel I would like to train harder and harder.

Goal (Long):
I want to look and feel as good as possible by dropping body fat and gain pure muscle. My goal is to reach the fitness level. I want to see my six-packs in detail. I would like to have more muscles and have my arms like beast. I need to learn more. I want to be in the best shape that I dreamed one day.I want to be a positive example for others to follow. That's great man. The reason I asked that was because I see shows like 'Biggest Loser' and watch all those contestants melt away their fat in such short periods of time that they're left with all that excess skin. So I can't help but wonder if they have to have surgery to get rid of the extra skin or not, ya know.
WOW, amazing transformation man!! There's a big difference in 2007. Did you have to have any surgury to remove excess fat/skin in 2007? Or did it all just melt away and tighten up from exercising properly?
In regard to the stick workout, is there anything I need to know (ie. is there a certain way to twist my body)? I have been doing the workout and I just want to know if I am doing it correctly! Stay motivated!
Hey man, sorry it's taken my so long to get back to you. Yeah, I was doing pretty good with maintaining my mass while dropping. But now I feel like it was all for nothing cause I injured my wrist. It blows man.
