I got started at home by doing push ups, pull up and some heavy stuff.Sometimes, I meet my friends and do power exercises like pushing and throwing rocks.

That's great man. The reason I asked that was because I see shows like 'Biggest Loser' and watch all those contestants melt away their fat in such short periods of time that they're left with all that excess skin. So I can't help but wonder if they have to have surgery to get rid of the extra skin or not, ya know.

WOW, amazing transformation man!! There's a big difference in 2007. Did you have to have any surgury to remove excess fat/skin in 2007? Or did it all just melt away and tighten up from exercising properly?
