I have always loved a physical challenge, but in bodybuilding, i can only challenge myself. This takes me into a whole other mental realm.

I'm going to lose 20 lbs of fat, while replacing 10 of those lbs with muscle.
Goal (Long):
Bra-bulge beware!!! I'm looking to thoroughly firm my lats. Folks, I don't remember the last time I wore shorts (years), because I don't feel my legs are firm enough. This has to change! I want to wear a two-piece bikini for the very first time THIS summer. That's enough to keep me very busy.
I have steadily been weighing-in below the 130lb mark. It's now 127lbs to be exact. I'm so excited about that!!! But there's one thing....I feel fatter than ever! Why?! Is this mental? My clothing doesn't seem to fit right, either. I'm starting to get frustrated. It's as if my body is in...
I am loving the gym Alma! There are things like the seated calf raise that I could never do before. I am so tall, I have to use quite a bit of weight to tax my leg muscles. I want to fill out my calves and 200lbs just wasn't cutting it. Even if I did 5 sets of a 100 repetitions. Now, I can use a seated calf raise and really punish them good! lol Hopefully I will see some progress by the end of this month!
Hey Alma, how are things with you? I'm still waiting on those pics of yours! *arms crossed, taps foot* I must admit I haven't posted anything recent either. Buuuuut, I just gained access to a gym, so I will finally be able to lift beyond 200lbs, yay! ;)
If you’ve ever been to San Francisco, you’ve probably heard of (or driven on) Lombard Street. It has the reputation of being the curviest street in America. Those curves take a back seat to yours.
