seeing how far he went from last year really makes me have hope . also he helped me ALOT , with the training , diet and posing . thanks alot man for everything.
Nice PR there man. Your chest definitely seems to be one of your best muscle groups. That sucks with the exams though. I hate when things interfere with my routine like that. Good luck on your exams anyway!
I've already gained back 3 pounds. The rest should come back soon. Luckily my strength has fully returned. I was actually able to set a new squat PR today, and I've only been well again for two days. How are things going for you?
I like the Egyptian attitude and it apparently works cause all of my Egyptian bb friends are beaste and l see you becoming one too. Great genetics over there. My African side never kicked in, so kudos to you over there. Thanks for the complement. Im working hard plus im not a teen anymore, so its even harder. Cant wait to see you in 3 months. Let me know what they do different. Keep up the great work. I see you talke to Cory. He is becoming a beast too. Nice kid. Cya soon bro.
Nice job brother. There is something in common about you Egyptians that keeps me contantly perplexed. Every one I know is massiive and gets even more massive. I want some water from there. Nice work bro. Keep on rocking it hard.
That sucks that there are no gaps. If you ever come across some inexpensive whey protein (compared to the prices there), then you could bake some protein bars to take with you to eat in between classes. Oatmeal, flax, and whey protein will give you all of the fats, protein, and carbs you need each meal.
I know how you feel. Even my schooling gets in the way of my meals. It can be a bit of a struggle shoving down 2 or 3 meals worth of food at a single sitting, and sometimes it's best not to. Do you have any time in between classes/lectures?
I love starting new routines. They're always exciting to try out, and my weight usually shoots up after starting a new one. The weight gainers can be pretty expensive. It's a lot more financially and nutritionally viable to spend that money on food instead. The only problem is that cooking food can take a big chunk of your time (eating 6-8 meals a day).
**** man, you gained 10 pounds THIS month? Are you dirty bulking, or was that a lean 10 pounds? As for the biceps, try doing barbell curls with VERY slow negatives. It'll burn like hell, but it should get them going. The weight gainer might help throw in the calories, but you should try and get as many of those calories from foods. Pasta/rice is a great way to throw calories into your diet, and any sort of nuts are great as well (although a bit more expensive).
It's good to hear that your training is becoming more consistent. It's good to hear that you're training hard, but make sure that you eat enough. If you feel tired throughout the day, eat more food. Also, make sure you're getting at least eight hours of sleep a night. I wish you the best of luck.
Hey man! It's going GREAT right now. I've already gained about 3-4 pounds since the start of school, and my strength is shooting through the roof. I tried munching on some chili peppers pre-workout today, and I managed to pull the equivalent of a 367lb deadlift (295x8). Things are going GREAT for me. How's your training going?
Haha, nice. The location sounds ideal. As for the travelling, just make sure you eat a lot of food. You will lose weight, but when you hit the gym again, the gains will come soaring back.
Yeah, you should definitely be able to find some cheap there. I have to agree with you, bicep workouts hurt like hell. It's that way with any small muscle group though (biceps, calves, forearms). But yeah, out of those three, the biceps hurt the most.
GNC is expensive everywhere, but that is just crazy. $150 for a 5-pounder? I pay 1/3 of that. Your best bet would be to set up a Paypal account, transfer some money over from your bank account, and then just buy some supplements from the Bodybuilding.com store.
That's the thing, you just have to look towards the future. Bodybuilding will make you look better, feel better, and live longer. Even though you don't feel quite as free as before, it's definitely worth it.
Just do a lot of research on training routines. It can take a long time to find one that your body really responds to. As for the going out, it kind of sucks. I can never go out anywhere longer than 2 hours, unless I bring food with me. It's a big lifestyle change, and it takes a little while to get used to.
