I had gained a lot of weight and was very depressed about it. I would complain about it, but never did anything. Finally one day my boyfriend (now husband) told me that he loved me the way I was, but if I wasn't happy w/my weight then I needed to do something about it. He told me he would help me if I wanted it, but if I wasn't going to do anything then he didn't want to hear me complain about my weight anymore. That's when the light went on for me! He was right, how could I complain if I wasn't going to do anything about it? That's when I made the decision to make a lifestyle change & lost the weight the healthy way by eating right & working out. It took a while, but it's so worth it & now I'm healthier & so much happier!
Why I Love It:
I love the results and it makes me feel great! It's amazing how you can completely transform your body. And it's such a great stress reliever for me!
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing that I have to put on my Hooter Girl outfit each week is definitely motivation! I also have to stay camera ready for any photo shoots that come up.

It's funny how you don't realize how much weight you've gained until you see pics of yourself. Clothes may get tighter, etc. But this was a real eye opener for me.
