no people my age or if there are people my age they are ripped and /or huge
Beefgut had mentioned staying motivated so I might post a vdeo on here of me working out so you guys can view it and have other people tell me what I am doing...
Hey man,
I found your profile linked off someone elses. Listen relapses happen, but just push yourself back into it. Personally, I wouldn't try to gain much muscle while trying to lose fat. Focus solely on the fat loss first, get the base you need (a lean and conditioned frame) and then hit it hard with the muscle gain. Don't fall into the trap of over eating, even if they are protein shakes, bars etc. Over eating is over eating. Good luck.
its all about consitancy, unless your sick or hurt there is no good reason not to do your daily work out, make sure your work out is pushing you all the time, lift heavy cardio hard, and always eat clean :) ground turkey makes me feel good cus i can have a burger or tacos once in a wile that are really low in fat.
Ey, thanks for the add, You're not as fat as i was. If i've been able to do it (i still have a long way to go yet) you can too. The most important thing is to be constant, patient and keep motivated. Work hard! All the best my friend!
thx. i haven't really lost much on the belly. it's going elsewhere first. belly is the last spot as you know. anyways...i've reduced my carb intake drastically...except for breakfast (oat meal). I've also tested BSN Atro-phex for almost a month...seems to work too.
I'm going to try Lipo6, no explode, cellmass now. Good luck!
haha thnaks man
you'll lose it quick if you stick to w.e your doing
with a healthy diet
and cardio everyday

b4 cuz certain types
like HIIT
work better.
At least for me they did.
Good luck.
Unfortunately, things are kind of on hold right now. I was gone camping this weekend which limited my food choices, and no scale. Also was in a car accident a little over a week ago, so I'm staying out of the gym until a doc clears me to go back. Which is driving me crazy. But I'm down from where I was when I started (started at 307, down to about 280 now). Just waiting to get back to the gym and see just how far I can go!
Thanks for the add, by the way.
If there is anything that I can do to assist you feel free to contact me and I will do whatever I can to see that you get where you want to go 'cause we can all use an extra person or two in our corner.
Keep pushing yourself and the changes will come.
I'm glad that I can help motovate you.... just keep at it and you'll be there sooner than you think. Took me about 3 years but its soooo whorth it. BTW, that pics a year old....I really should get around to getting new ones...lol
