A trainer came up to me when I was working out at Golds and asked me if I had thought about competing. He offered to train me and that is how I started as an amateur BB.

You don't look like you need to cut much weight...oatmeal would seem ok..I am still bulking 219 today...will cut a little weight 1st of Oct...how is the new trainer???
