A trainer came up to me when I was working out at Golds and asked me if I had thought about competing. He offered to train me and that is how I started as an amateur BB.
Why I Love It:
Clears my mind, reduces stress and makes me feel strong
How I Stay Motivated:
Bodybuilding.com is a great motivator. There are so many articles, advise and success stories! The desire to be forever fit and healthy and vanity (LOL) always keeps me going!
