Im glad to hear that... im doing okay... still the same work, training, night classes and family.... i juggle so much things but it keeps me busy.... my progess is coming along nicely... thanks...lol
I'm well. I'm gearing up for an 8 week program to reach my personal goal of getting under 200 lbs and 10% bodyfat by June 1st. No sugar or bread for the duration. Carbs will be coming from fruit and veggies only.
