Tri's - make sure to do exercises that emphasize the inner head to bring out the horseshoe shape. (I.E. skull crushers)
Biceps - make sure to do hammer curls/barbell curls that help keep width but also preacher curls and concentration curls that give the peak to the bicep.
I do have these broken out separately from back and chest. I felt this allowed for better growth. I have a day off between chest/back and bi's, then leg day, then tri's, then day off before repeating again.
