Wow that is a big bench! I have found that if I really focus on my form, I tend to not move as much weight, but my gains are better. I don't know if you caught it, but they aired worlds strongest man the other day on TV and there was a competitor who was 56 I believe, and he said "I feel just as strong as ever, but at this age, the memory of pain is a little bit clearer then when I was younger" I got a kick out of that. but I suppose it's true.it's proof how much of this is mental!

haha yeah I hear it doesn't get any easier, but if it were easy, we probably wouldn't do it. It makes it that much more fun. Do you feel even stronger at your age now as opposed to your younger years? I've heard a lot of guys say they really started to see huge strength gains in their late 30s early 40s and on.
