looked in the mirror one day and realized i want a 6-pack. lol took me about a month to get it. But I had to do leg lifts and situps everyday or so for about 15min a day.
Why I Love It:
It raises my self confidence on and off the soccer field
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by wanting to better myself, and not settling for less than i can do. It's really motivating just looking at other people pictures on this site; just makes me want to try even harder!

I simply eat very clean and spread out my meals throughout the day.

i pretty much make up myself...
steamed vegies and a chicken wrap with some cottage cheese goes great together!!
as of the beginning of march 2009, i finally am learning about all the nutrition side of training. (after being stuck at the same results for a long ass time lol i decided there was something that needed to be changed).
I didn't even think about eating healthy foods being a high school...
currently doing: 2 days on 1 day off. making good progress and not over training. I preform high reps till failure on my weak areas (7 sets). and about 10-12 reps (4 sets) on my developed areas.
day 1: Chest/Back/Abs
day 2: Arms/Legs/Abs
day 3: total recovery day of do NOTHING lol

i like to change my workouts up every 8 wks. sometimes i dont even to flat bench. i go straight to delcine bench and then incline. i might finish it off with some flat dumbell flys and cable cross-overs
